Today the markets seem to be navigating through earning reports from big tech company's AMD and SMCI and mid term decision where the democrats get both the house of representatives and the senate, witch means that the democrats have more political power, the way that market participants look at this could be that the demand from yesterdays earning reports show high demand for data centers that outweigh supply but then could the political stance off the left leaning democratic party influence the scale off data center build out . Super Micro Computer Inc SMCI up around 9% in pre market trading, Advanced Micro Devices Inc AMD up around 6% in pre market trading, meanwhile NVIDIA Corp NVDA is up around 1% in pre market trading, people could look at the earnings from AMD,SMCI as some form off leading indicator towards NVIDIA earning report coming up on the 17th of November witch is the single biggest micro stock event in global financial markets so big its even considered a macro event .

Global financial markets are navigating a high-velocity rotation during the London morning session, characterized by a sharp decoupling between sovereign debt yields and hard assets. While the US 10-year Treasury yield is climbing toward the 5.0% threshold, the US Dollar Index is simultaneously surrendering key support levels, providing the necessary vacuum for spot gold and silver to stage their most aggressive rallies of the quarter. This peculiar environment—where risk assets in Europe are surging alongside safe-haven metals—suggests traders are aggressively positioning for a shift in the global inflationary outlook or reacting to a significant technical breakdown in greenback momentum.

## Forex: Dollar Index Slumps as Majors Reclaim Moving Averages

The US Dollar Index (DXY) is currently weathering a persistent sell-off, sliding 0.45% to 101.412 and threatening the lower bound of its session range. This weakness has allowed EUR/USD to stage a decisive comeback, with the pair vaulting 0.53% higher to trade at 1.12510. Technologically, the Euro has reclaimed its 20-day moving average of 1.11990, a move that effectively shifts the short-term market structure from bearish to neutral-bullish. With an ATR of 0.00530, the current volatility suggests that the session high of 1.12660 is the immediate hurdle before a potential retest of the 50-day moving average at 1.13720. Any sustained move above this level would begin to repair the technical damage sustained during the pair's slide from its 52-week high of 1.20240.

GBP/USD is exhibiting even more robust price action, currently trading at 1.34810 and slicing through its 200-day moving average of 1.34260. This breakout is significant as it places the Cable above its major long-term trend indicator, with the 20-day (1.33240) and 50-day (1.33740) moving averages now converging below price to form a massive support zone. Momentum remains firmly with the bulls as the pair nears the top of its 60-day swing range (1.31385-1.36750). Conversely, USD/JPY remains the outlier in the FX space, gaining 0.40% to 158.542. The Yen’s weakness persists despite the broader dollar soft patch, as the pair hovers just below its 200-day moving average of 158.597. A daily close above this 200-day pivot would likely open the door for a retest of the 160.383 swing high. Meanwhile, AUD/USD is tracking the broader risk-on sentiment, reclaiming the 0.7000 psychological level to trade at 0.70150, effectively finding buyers at its 20-day moving average of 0.69980.

## Indices and Futures: DAX and Dow Lead Risk-On Charge

European equity markets are enjoying a prolific morning session, led by the DAX which has surged 1.34% to 26212.01. The German benchmark has successfully defended its recent 60-day low of 24792.79 and has now cleared both its 20-day (25508.98) and 50-day (25566.93) moving averages in a single impulsive move. This triple-digit rally suggests a definitive shift in sentiment, with the index now targeting the 52-week high of 26618.74. In London, the FTSE 100 has followed suit, reclaiming its 20-day moving average at 10707.77 to trade at 10741.95. The UK index is currently showing signs of a "bull flag" breakout on the hourly charts, using the 10,631 session low as a springboard to challenge the 10,920 swing high.

Across the Atlantic, US futures are signaling a celebratory opening bell for the New York session. Dow futures (YM) are the primary beneficiary of the cyclical rotation, jumping 1.40% to 52622.00. This advance has carried the YM back above its 20-day (52314.65) and 50-day (52316.50) moving averages, which had previously acted as a ceiling for price action over the last fortnight. The S&P 500 futures (ES) are also showing strength, trading at 7669.00, though they remain beneath their 20-day average of 7738.70. The Nasdaq 100 (NQ) is the relative laggard this morning, up 0.87% at 28551.00. While the NQ is trading comfortably above its 200-day moving average of 28099.36, it remains trapped significantly below its 50-day average of 29892.60, indicating that while the long-term trend is safe, tech-heavy growth stocks are struggling to find the same momentum as their industrial counterparts.

## Commodities: Precious Metals Explode as Energy Prices Cool

The technical story of the day belongs to spot gold (XAU/USD), which has detonated for a 2.82% gain to reach 4051.40. After a period of consolidation, the yellow metal has surged past the 4,000 level with significant volume, currently knocking on the door of the 4,060 session high. Despite this massive move, gold is still trading beneath its 20-day (4088.88) and 50-day (4252.57) moving averages, suggesting this is a violent mean-reversion trade or a dead-cat bounce that has yet to turn into a sustainable uptrend. However, the defense of the 3879.30 swing low appears decisive. Spot silver (XAG/USD) is amplifying these gains, skyrocketing 4.93% to 52.030. Silver is currently testing resistance at its session high of 52.255, though it remains in a broad technical downtrend as long as it sits below the 200-day moving average of 70.273.

The energy complex is telling a different story, as WTI crude contracts slide 0.86% to 95.260. WTI is currently testing the 50-day moving average of 95.298 as support, a level that has historically acted as a pivot point for the medium-term trend. If this level fails, the 200-day moving average at 86.886 remains the primary downside target. Brent crude is under even more pressure, dropping 1.36% to 102.190, further distancing itself from the 20-day moving average of 109.416. Natural gas remains largely range-bound and quiet, trading at 2.89000, roughly 2.5% below its 20-day moving average. Copper is the lone bright spot in the industrial space, gaining 1.25% to reach 6.45800, as it attempts to reclaim its 20-day average at 6.54350 following a test of the 6.27100 swing low.

## Rates: 10-Year Yields Firm Above 4.9% Pivot

The US 10-year Treasury yield is exerting significant influence on global capital flows this morning, climbing 1.19% to 4.952%. This move higher from the previous close of 4.894% indicates a market that is still wary of persistent inflation or a central bank that is not yet ready to signal a pivot. Interestingly, the yield remains below its 20-day (5.08570) and 50-day (5.02100) moving averages, suggesting that the broader trend in rates is currently one of consolidation rather than a fresh breakout to new highs. The 5.00% round number remains the primary psychological and technical resistance point for the session, while the 4.61300 swing low provides the long-term support floor. The current yield trajectory is acting as a mild headwind for the Nasdaq 100, while seemingly having no impact on the surging gold price, a divergence that warrants close attention.

## Crypto: Bitcoin Nears 79,000 as Risk Appetite Broadens

Bitcoin (BTC/USDT) is trading with a clear bullish bias on the OKX exchange, currently priced at 78618.10, representing a 1.93% gain on the day. The premier digital asset is currently testing the upper boundary of its 24-hour range (78710.00) after finding solid support at the 75,734 level. This move reflects the broader "risk-on" mood seen in the YM and DAX futures, with Bitcoin once again acting as a primary liquidity sponge for global speculators. Market participants are watching the 78,710 session high closely; a clean break above this level would likely trigger a wave of FOMO (fear of missing out) that could push the price toward the psychological 80,000 milestone.

Ethereum (ETH/USDT) is outperforming its larger peer this morning, climbing 2.48% to trade at 2328.71. ETH has bounced impressively from its 2226.55 session low and is now consolidating just below the session high of 2334.26. While Ethereum’s price action remains volatile, the current recovery suggests a growing appetite for smart-contract platforms as global liquidity improves. Solana (SOL/USDT) is also seeing steady inflows, up 1.29% at 93.610. Solana continues to exhibit a high correlation with the Nasdaq 100, and its ability to hold the 90.000 support level—defined by the session low of 89.880—is a positive sign for the altcoin market. Total trading volumes remain concentrated in BTC and ETH, though SOL’s $0.08bn volume on OKX indicates sustained interest in the ecosystem's leading high-speed chain.

## Into the US Crossover

The final hours of the London session are likely to be defined by whether the gold rally can withstand the initial wave of New York liquidity and if the S&P 500 futures can reclaim the 7,700 level. Traders should keep a sharp eye on the DXY at the 101.245 session low; a breach here would likely accelerate the gains in EUR/USD and GBP/USD, potentially forcing a short-squeeze in the Nasdaq 100. Conversely, if the US 10-year yield breaks above 5.00% during the crossover, we could see a rapid reversal in the precious metals space as the cost of carry for non-yielding assets becomes prohibitive once more.
